The I.C.W.D.I.C. 2005 flow is as follows.

1. Registration (till March 25, 2005)
   You can register your college/university as participant or your company as a judge.

2. Xitex WebContent M1 installation and website development (till May 27, 2005).
3. Judgment (till June 13, 2005)
4. Awarding (till June 23, 2005)

Once you have submitted the application form you will be contacted by I.C.W.D.I.C. responsible for further steps.

After March 25, 2005 groups of participants and judges will be formed on a regional basis.

During the contest, managers or contact points of each team can contact I.C.W.D.I.C. responsible to get help re Xitex WebContent M1 installation and performance. Should any team lack possibilities of hosting their contest website, XITEX Software can provide it with its hosting package “Start” ($9,95 monthly).

After May 27, 2005 the judgment process begins. It’s divided into two parts:

1. Defining three winners in each regional group (till June 7, 2005)
2. Defining three global winners among winners of each regional group (till June 13, 2005)

All winners will be awarded till June 23, 2005.

Those teams who aren’t the winners but wish to continue usage of their contest website can purchase the license of Xitex WebContent M1 with discount of 15%.
